In XX/XX/year>, I received a letter stating my loans for XXXX XXXX located in XXXX Iowa, were no longer valid and that my accoubt would be fixed within 120 days. It is now XXXX of XXXX and I continue to have Direct loans from this institution on my XXXX account. Not only should these loans be off of my account but I should have received refund for what has been paid towards these loans since I started making payments. The institution keeps sending me forbearance letters but they are not resilvknv the issue.
