It will be easier for you to read the letter attached and all the supporting documents sent to Chase. I have been disputing this for months it was denied because Chase claims they sent the rebill to The Merchant on XX/XX/year> and the Merchant said it was not received. I have been an accountant for 35 years and delt with auditors my entire career. Every bank transaction has a number attached to it. Why can't Chase trace that back to the merchant if they indeed did send it.
