I was notified on my statement of payments that I owed {$630.00} on my Citibank Credit card for XX/XX/year> purchase. It noted it was XXXX internet payment. When I called, they said it was between me and my bank. I went to the bank and of course was told it was a credit card issue. I called the company and she said the same thing again and I demanded a response. I got a letter about XXXX weeks later saying in print what she said the first time. I paid everything on my card but that amount since it was in dispute. I then called the North Carolina Department of Justice and they told me to contact your agency first.
