Complaint Against XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX : Refusal to accept school misconduct/borrower defense application; improper handling of payments ; financial harm. I am filing this complaint because XXXXXXXX XXXX has refused to accept or process my School Misconduct ( Borrower Defense ) application, even though my school was officially found guilty of fraud by the U.S. government.
