I specifically asked if any other GPS tracking device was installed or required, and I was told no. After the sale was completed, I later discovered I had been unknowingly signed into a separate Buyer Disclosure Statement and Agreement for Installation of a GPS System, authorizing a lender-controlled GPS device used for tracking, collections, and repossession.
