I am filing a complaint about an inaccurate and unauthorized {$1000.00} collection account that IQ Data International reported to my credit on XX/XX/year>. This debt is invalid. I have a signed Lease Termination Agreement from XXXX XXXX XXXX/ XXXX XXXX XXXX that released me from my lease without penalty and stated that I was only responsible for rent and utilities through XX/XX/year>. I moved in on XX/XX/year> and moved out on XX/XX/year>. I returned the keys and left the unit clean. I have photos showing the condition when I moved in and a video showing the unit clean at move-out. A full investigation into this improper credit reporting I am attaching my Lease Termination Agreement, photos, and move-out video if needed.
