When the lady gave me the transaction list at around XXXX on XXXX XXXX, there was one transaction for {$29.00} on tomorrows date, which seemed odd since tomorrow was XXXX hours away. I asked her to repeate the name of the company which she did. It was : XXXX I told her that I never even heard of them in my life. I asked her could she stop the payment and she told me no. She said that I would have to wait until the crooks got paid and then dispute it with them and give them 5 to 7 days to correct it after which if i was still unhappy then i could dispute it through them. That seems crazy that we cant stop the crooks before we give them our money! So when that call ended I looked up the website and went to the end of the line of stuff until I found a place that said " Contact Us '' they gave me a box like the one I am typing in to say whatever I wanted to talk to them about and i gave them an earful and told them that they were stealing my heating bill ( gas ) bill money and they were evil. I apologize for handling that all wrong! while i was doing that i saw their phone number ( XXXX ) XXXX and the address which was XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX which is crazy! Then I called back the card company and explained my situation again and asked for supervisor which they transferred me to a man named XXXX, I told him that I was receiving an unauthorized, fraudulent charge from a merchant called XXXX XXXX for {$29.00} and i have no relationship with them at all. I was demanding my rights by XXXX XXXX XXXX to revoke ( there is more but no room to write )
