I was not sent written notice of this {$10.00} maintenance fee starting XX/XX/year>. The only reason I noticed was by looking into why my balance was over the limit. Also when paying on the day payment ( before XXXX ) I have received late fees and the payment is saying I made it 2 days later then when I did. Also had an 6 th month ordeal trying to get my phone number changed so I could use my online account. If either the annual fee is waived or the {$10.00} a month is waived I will not keep the card. That is {$120.00} and {$120.00} a year for your card. Not worth it.
