AXOS bank allowed someone to open s bank account. The person sent the card and to an old address. They only gave me the date the account was open. XX/XX/XXXX. I was closed the debit card XX/XX/XXXX and called the bank to close the account XX/XX/XXXX but she wouldn't give me any information but said the account was closed. Even though I told her the account was open fraudulently. A bank statement was sent to the same old address weeks later. Not taking into to consideration that I notifying them off fraud. The statement still showing the money in the account as of XX/XX/XXXX. With no acknowledgement of the fraud or the closure of the account! I have filed a police report a week and have all documentation as proof!
