I received checks deposits on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX the total of {$20000.00}. On XX/XX/XXXX chase restricted my account access claiming due to unusual activity. I contacted chase on multiple occasions to solve the issue which they claimed they can not verify the senders of these checks and told me to give sometimes for them to verify the senders. When I was on the phone with them I had to wait to them to call these people on the phone and their answers are always the phone went to voicemail or they did not answer the phone. I honestly dont think they have the correct phone numbers. They were only able to verify one check whom is also a chase customer, the rest are not chase customers. On XX/XX/XXXX they closed my accounts both checking and savings on the based that they cant verify these checks. They issued me a check for {$3000.00} and holding the remaining {$17000.00}. I asked the people what send the checks and they say the money already cleared their accounts. Chase has refused to release {$17000.00} to me or refund the money to the senders. They said if they cant verify the senders they will hold the money indefinitely.
