Subject : Demand for Deletion & Legal Validation FCRA & FDCPA Violations To Whom It May Concern, This is a formal statement and demand regarding your attempts to collect on an account for which the original creditor has already filed IRS Form 1099-C, evidencing cancellation of the debt. Continued collection or reporting activity on a canceled debt is improper and may constitute a violation of state and federal law.
