I got a Citi Bank XXXX XXXX XXXX, and someone fraudulently used my card information in different places. I never used the card it was only to be used for Emergency Purchases but by the time I was going to use the card, I found out that someone has used over {$8000.00} worth on my card. I called CITI Bank and for the last 12 months and they kept telling me that I would get refunded but they took my money from my checking account and did not return it. I have been calling nonstop, and they keep giving me the run around and acting as though they are going to pay me my money, but they haven't, so now I am here filing this complaint. It has become so confusing they tried to say that I owe them {$4000.00}, they are just scamming me for my own money.
