I opened this account on XX/XX/XXXX and the CD rate on the main page of the WEBSITE was 4.65 % for 6 months. I logged in earlier this week and noticed the interest rate was not 4.65 %, it was much lower and when I called and spoke with a representative, they said they never offered an XXXX and this rate of 4.25 % is accurate. I told them that the link that I clicked on on their website specially said in large bold print was XXXX. I asked for an official email or letter showing me my terms and also to look at what the rate was on the day that I opened the account and they were not able to provide on to me. The only things I received attached to the email was rates effective as of XX/XX/XXXX that the rates were different. However, the rates the morning of XX/XX/XXXX were not updated and were still showing 4.65 %
