A federal judge ordered my student loans to be forgiven years ago and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX hasn't followed the courts order. I've called them multiple times over the last few years. I fall squarely within the XXXX XXXX XXXX settlement class. All of us who intended that school were lied to and a judge ordered our loans forgiven and reimbursed. Years ago, I was told no further action was needed on my part, and they keep telling me that, BUT THEY AREN'T DOING IT. Recently, my loans were * partially * forgiven, which doesn't make sense either because I've only ever attended one school and that's the only school I've gotten loans for. I'm tired of waiting. This month they even charged me interest! That made my balance go up and my credit score go down. That's the last straw. I'm a XXXX XXXX XXXX with XXXX young children and my credit score is extremely important to me. Please help me get this ( what should be very simple ) issue resolved.
