The transaction in question is in the amount of {$79.00} which was originally reversed by my bank Chase Bank. Then Chase Bank re-reversed the charge recently took it out of my checking balance as a debit transaction. I have contacted their fraud department with no help to resolve this charge which is unauthorized. This is why I am making a complaint against Chase Bank. XXXX XXXX
