I am filing this complaint because Bank of America incorrectly denied my fraud dispute of {$750.00}. These transactions were not made by me. I am a full-time student living in XXXXXXXX XXXX and I was physically in XXXX during XXXX dates the unauthorized transactions occurred. However, the fraudulent charges were made in XXXXXXXX XXXX and XXXX, which is geographically impossible for me. The pattern of charges also clearly reflects typical fraud behavior, including multiple small test transactions followed by larger unauthorized charges, all made in locations I was not present in and at merchants I have never visited or used. I reported the fraud immediately, replaced my card, visited a branch, and contacted customer service. Despite this, Bank of America denied my dispute with no meaningful explanation other than stating the transactions were consistent with my spending, which is incorrect and unreasonable.
