Dear CFPB, I am filing a complaint regarding inaccurate credit card reporting. I have already paid my credit card balance, but the creditor is still reporting a current balance of {$990.00} even though the account shows the payment was made. My credit limit is {$1000.00}, yet the system shows only {$990.00} available, which is incorrect and misleading. This inaccurate reporting violates the FCRA requirement that furnished information be accurate and up to date. It has also negatively affected my credit score because it shows a high utilization even after payment. I request that this be reviewed and that the creditor correct the reported balance. I tried to solve it within the app of Bank of America but it didnt help and it didnt solve and the app was giving unrelated information instead solving it. Thank you.
