Im really frustrated with Citi regarding my XXXX XXXX credit card. I applied and was approved for the card on XX/XX/year>, but just a few days later they suddenly put a hold on my account asking for income verification. Ive already provided the documents twice, yet the card is still on hold with no clear update or explanation. Whats even more upsetting is that this card comes with a {$590.00} annual fee, and I havent even been able to use it. This whole experience has been extremely disappointing and inconvenient.
