On XX/XX/XXXX I paid my attorney {$9500.00}. XXXX XXXX posted on XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX in escalation employee # XXXX refused to post on XX/XX/XXXX and he said under no circumstances would it go under the 0 % promo for XXXX XXXX FRAUD=Trying to deceive customers by lying, just like we would get charged with fraud by trying to deceive a banking institution!! I talked to him @ XXXX a.m. XXXX, he needs to be investigated for lying just like fraud and telling me the merchant didn't run it until XXXX and I know that is untrue because it got declined the first time and I called and she ran again and it went through on XX/XX/XXXX. I wanted his boss and he said he doesn't take phone calls, XXXX!!
