I was attending XXXX XXXX and XXXX in XXXX XXXX. I owe a little over XXXX XXXX dollars per school. I done a forbearance through XXXX XXXX and they put the loan over XXXX XXXX dollars. This particular company was sued for this with a class action lawsuit. It was placed on my credit report while in forbearance and I filed a XXXX XXXX in XXXX and it was discharged with U.S. Department of Education on the list of entities that were discharged. XXXX XXXX sold the contracts. In XXXX my taxes were taken. I contacted U S.D.of Education and they see the discharge but never gave me my return back. I didn't file XXXX for that reason. XXXX they kept my taxes again. I contacted them and was mailed a form from the default department to get my return sent back and still nothing. I contacted both schools in question and they both states I owe zero because of the bankruptcy discharge. Today as I called offset there's another XXXX XXXX plus dollars to be held. This makes no sense. I'm needing both returns sent back to me and the offset removed or I'll put this back in the XXXX XXXX XXXX court.
