Back in the beginning of XXXX, my XXXX money was withheld from me for the full three years. I never received one XXXX of it. I was told by Bank of America employees there was nothing left in my account and there was nothing they could do about it after being on hold For hours on end just to be told theres nothing they can. I struggled greatly during that time due to not being able to have access to my funds. I did receive a letter from Bank of America stating that they had had my funds on hold for the three years.
