Re : Demand for Permanent Deletion of Inaccurate/Compromised Information Due to Data Breach & FCRA Violations To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to you formally regarding my consumer file maintained by XXXX. This correspondence is being sent pursuant to the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( 15 U.S.C. 1681 et seq. ) and is tied directly to the recent TransUnion data breach in which consumer files, including mine, were placed at risk of compromise and potential inaccuracy.
