So i requested a cc from Bank XXXX it got approved then once i recd the card i activate the card on the app and minutes later i noticed there was a transfer of XXXX i called the bank right away and i told them I didnt do the transfer and they told me they dont see a transfer on there side but they cancel the card as fraud. Then i got the new card but i never activate the card anymore months later i got a phone call that my payment of the card it was passed due and i asked them what are you guys talking about and they said well about the transfer of the XXXX that went to your chase acct and i said sorry but no I dont have a transfer of XXXX in any of my accounts then they asked me to send all my statements from my chase bank and i did and then weeks later I received a letter that everything was resolved. Weeks later I receive a phone call that i still had the balance due and i said I thought it was resolved i got a letter saying thats it was resolved and the lady on the phone said well the case was reopened since then i being dealing with this situation they keep asking for all my bank information and I keep sending everything and they say they havent received anything i dont know what else to do this situation os affecting my personal mental and physical life. I always like to pay my bills and this is affecting me big time even on my financial life. Please help me i feel that bank XXXX XXXX is just not paying attention to my case and they just was free money because am sure that they can see in there system that money is still in there possession.
