Consumer Narrative
I made an Apple purchase via their app store for a XXXX subscription. I am unable to access this subscription yet I am still financially responsible for it. Apple blames XXXX and XXXX tells me to request a refund from Apple. Apple has denied the refund multiple times even with proof that I don't have access and screen sharing with Apple so they can see my screen.
