XXXX transferred my loans to Mohela. Their website stated that all student loans were transferred to Mohela. I called to make my payment to Mohela and it seems like they denied my payment but I was never notified. When I called to make the payment, the gentlemen stated that the payment went through. I received a letter from XXXX stating that my student loan was in default. I never received any emails, letters or calls from them prior to this. I was working with Mohela on a repayment plan and had made a payment towards my plan. Why would XXXX send me a letter stating that my loan is in default if Mohela is handling my loan? It seems like theres mismanaging my student loans.
