My debit card/venmo was hacked and a total of {$4600.00} was transferred to multiple unknown users through XXXX using my checking account. On XX/XX/XXXX XXXX withdrawals came out of my checking account for {$200.00} each time. On XX/XX/XXXX XXXX charges of {$200.00} came out of my checking account again. On XX/XX/XXXX XXXX charge of {$200.00} was removed and lastly XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX charges of {$200.00}. I tried to dispute this with my bank and XXXX and they both just keep pushing me back to the other. I have filed a police report and my bank is still saying these charges are authorized since my card was on the XXXX account however I did not authorize these transaction and I believe my bank is responsible for protecting my money as I have worked hard for my money and put my trust in them. In the screenshots found below all the XXXX funds were transferred from my checking account and the - amounts were sent to those accounts from the funds added to my XXXX account through my checking, which none were authorized by me.
