CFPB XXXX Hi, I am not able to find this case complaint in my account. The credit card company should be fighting this charge on my behalf. Originally, this complaint was filed under my XXXX old mother, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX All documentation is there. In summary, my mom was charged for a service by XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX {$4100.00} in which she did not receive any service of ( tire sensor, tire pressure lights, brake system, abs, lights ). In fact, I made several subsequent charges to repair the car ( {$2700.00}, {$2100.00}, {$480.00}, {$270.00}, {$1000.00}, etc. ). I would like to my credit back from XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX. They kept the car for a couple of months, and the Department of Consumer Affairs Bureau of Automotive Repair sided with my mother. I had submitted a receipts showing XXXX XXXX the concerns ( i.e. tire dashboard lights and brake lights ). After my mother paid, the lights came on again, and in fact the car was in worse condition : the brakes were locking. This is new information where Citibank Billing Dispute agreed that that credit should be permanent. My mother is on my account, and I make all the payments, That letter was issued to me. But the XXXX conditional credits were revoked. I called Citibank and asked the Billing Disputes Agent ordered an audit because she was confused as well. Attached are the letters and emails that confirm I called.
