I did have account in Bank of America for 30 years plus, always in a good standing. My credit cards as well never missed a payment. I have received the closing letter for the account and also XXXX XXXX account, my son account and my wife account. On all accounts I did have power of signature. All credit cards cancelled without notice. I am not sure what has happened, but it looks something is wrong poped up in my file. May be person with the same etc. just wanted to ask them to see if the human not AI can look at the file. Of coarse for us it will be impossible to open bank accounts, reset all the automatic payments in and out. It might severe damage the credit rating etc. especially I am currently in XXXX going threw post surgery procedures and will be able to fly back home in another XXXX weeks
