On XX/XX/year>, from about XXXX to XXXX, I spoke with XXXX support associates from Aidvantage via the online chat option. My requests for the email and phone contact information of a director, supervisor, or claims clerk so I could reach out regarding my student loan interest accrual were ignored. What I did receive was the standard XXXX number and resistance to acquiring anything further. The associate XXXX became unprofessional and refused to acknowledge that as a client I have a right to ask for public information in an official capacity. It was an hour of back-and-forth dialogue for next to no result. XXXX refused to properly identify when asked, and so my complaint will not have a full title. The second associate, XXXX, proved more professional until the following statement : " There is no Aidvantage email. '' XXXX needs to be held accountable and the intent to waste a client 's time was unacceptable.
