I made a payment meant for XXXX at the end of XXXX & they still closed my account XX/XX/year>. I didnt get an email that day or anything. The only notification I got on the account was the interest on purchases charge that I got every month around the XXXX when the statement was released. I asked them months before when my financial troubles started if they could help me with a payment plan, so my minimum payments would be lower, but they said there was nothing they can do but close the account. I instructed them specifically not to close it because that doesnt help me at all, and that I would continue to make minimum payments until I could pay more. Theres no way to dispute the closing or anything either. I just given the same line for everything- theres nothing we can do.
