begging of XXXX i put in for a loan to purchase a house. got my pre approval of XXXX. my wife could not be on the loan cause her credit was bad. i told the bank person this. we started looking for houses. after a week or so we finally found what we wanted. that time processer had quit underwriters quit. we got all new people. Now i wasnt approved. my income was diffrent cause i paid XXXX XXXX my wife debit was a issue. all things which i had no control over. we paid XXXX for XXXX XXXX XXXX for inspection XXXX apraisal. we had 3 different closing dates. Now they tell me i got ta find a cobuyer. or looose my XXXX XXXX. that wasnt a option its just me for loan. we tried my XXXX but he had no credit. so they gave my XXXXXXXX XXXX to seller. i did sign a release to seller cause thats what they said i forfeitted on contract. I know thats wrong but i figue the bank would give my money back. i sent letter to bank. they washing they hands of the matter blaming it on everyone else. please help me get my money back. And to make items worst we tried to go lower for approval and same thing happen right after we did a home inspection of XXXX.
