Yesterday at XXXX I used my XXXX debit card to withdrawal XXXX dollars and the system asked how I like my bills I said all XXXX it made the sound like the money was XXXX come out then said cant get cash right now call us XXXX then gave me a receipt with the same message on it, I reached out to my bank they said they cant dispute is right now because its still pending so I called chase bank and they customer service said they cant help me and to call my bank, I was trying to pay my rent thats why I took XXXX out but they just took my money and didnt deposit money.My name is XXXX XXXX phone number and email XXXX XXXX, I have receipts and would love to contact that atm owner directly to start investigation and get my funds back, please help me figure out what to do I needed those funds for my rent, is there a way I can file a lawsuit because this is theft from a federal bank Chase J.P. Morgan bank
