After a 90 day grace period regarding cashiers checks status on XX/XX/XXXX I had my niece who is familiar and works with the law, firm, assisting and filing legal documents. At this meeting at this meeting, my niece question bank of Hawaii XXXX as to why they continued to exhibit furtive behavior, and mannerism too questions regarding results of their supposed investigation of the reported missing or stolen checks due to me being a third-party bank of hawaii XXXX XXXX XXXX continuous inquiries by a phone calls and messages with no regard to myself, even though those supposedly cashier checks were in my name. After this meeting with my niece Bank of Hawaii, all of a sudden response to me in a letter with the results of their supposedly investigation the results were that I had no evidence or documentation about ever having filed and submitted. My argument and interest was only to follow the money after the fact .. bank of Hawaiis letter to me about their position on this matter with the language, they used is pretentious, misleading, and irrelevant as far as Im concerned the gist of this in its entirely is that both parties mutually and eventually acted to cover up what was the inevitable.. Those cashiers checks were never made.. Only when I made it a point to follow the money, unbeknownst to me this blew up in their faces..
