On XXXX XXXX XXXX, I received noticed by mail from XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXXXX/XX/XXXX representing a matter for a debt owed in a total amount due of {$57000.00} to ESTATE OF XXXX XXXX. On XXXX XXXX, XXXX I received a notice by mail for foreclosure of deed of trust executed by XXXX XXXX dated XX/XX/XXXX in the amount of {$49000.00}. Both letter are stating to appear on XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX at XXXX XXXX COURT. On XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX passed away unexpectedly. XXXX or to month after her death her sister XXXX XXXX either receive a later my mail or phone call from a debt collectors claiming the ESTATE OF XXXX XXXX was going up for foreclosure withing a matter of days to week. XXXX having explained her finational sitution of being on a fixed income, having health issues and no where else to live at the time, set up a payment arrangement to avoid foreclosure. XXXX made payments from XXXX and her last payment was on XX/XX/XXXX due to XXXX XXXX untimely death. Prior to her passing I have XXXX mortgage statement with an account or loan number ( XXXX ) paid to XX/XX/XXXX on XXXX in the amount of {$480.00}, the outstanding balance was {$48000.00} with {$16.00} going towards the principal, {$360.00} going towards the interest and {$100.00} towards taxes and insurance. On XXXX the statement read amount due {$510.00}, {$15.00} goes towards the principal, {$400.00} goes towards the interest and {$100.00} goes towards taxes and insurance with a outstanding principal of {$48000.00}. On XX/XX/XXXX, SELECT Portfolio SERVICING, inc sent a letter stating NOTICE OF TRANSFER to the ESTATE OF XXXX XXXX, ACCOUNT NUMBER ( XXXX ). Since the passing of XXXX XXXX on XXXX of XXXX, SELECT Portfolio SERVICES have sent letter to the ESTATE OF XXXX XXXX AND TO THE ESTATE OF XXXX XXXX from XX/XX/XXXX until now as well as leaving door hangers on the door and have before spoken and communicated to a third party about the debt. I do believe that this debt collector are operating using deceptive practices under XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX
