I received a new Citi XXXX XXXX XXXX. I was told combination there was not to be any annual fee. When I got the card, I was charged a fee and I was told to wait 60 days and the fee would be reversed. I called again because the fee wasnt reversed and I was told it took 60 days. I called again and the guy told me to just pay it and it was gon na still get credited back. And I told him I wasnt gon na do that then I got some of it credited back, but now theyre showing me with a balance past due.
