Hello, So i got a notice in the mail that my account will be closed. Although I have XXXX XXXX in there, they're giving me an issue on getting my funds. They told me to go to my local branch to recover it but I insisted I live in an area where a branch isn't XXXX miles near me. So now I'm stuck with no ways to retrieve my funds. I called back numerous times but kept getting " call dropped '' and no help from anyone whatsoever. It's incredibly difficult.
