On XX/XX/year>, Chase Bank deposited XXXX. Dollars into my account. And immediately closed my account. now on XX/XX/year> I spoke to customer service. A customer service said that I had XXXX business days before they would close my account. Chase bank closed my account XXXX calendar days.After that conversation, they did not give me the full XXXX business days, as it means to keep me from being able to access my own money. The company did this as a means to keep me from getting to my own money. The money that they owed me. They deposited it onto my account and then immediately closed my account upon speaking to somebody in the claims division, I asked to speak to somebody in the executive offices, and I was told that they would talk to somebody from cfpb, but not to me.
