My care credit /synchrony, I only use this card for the 0 % promotions, and recently they started to charge for a paper statement, so I switch and set up a automatic payment, now recently I had a promotion expire but was never notified, it was due, so now they charge me all the interest that was accrued. A fee of XXXX and this month a charge of XXXX due to the remaining balance, no I had called and explained it. I did never ever receive a notification that the promotion was ending. At this time the guy said there was nothing they could do so I asked for a supervisor and I told him the whole situation and he also said there was nothing he could do. This is a little trick they're doing by making everyone go to online and then never notifying you that a promotion is due and then they're charging you all the interest. I find this to be very unfair. I said to the representative I would be willing to pay the balance that it was owed so I wouldn't have to pay the fee and he refused, in the last 2 years I've probably spent {$3000.00} on this card and that's the thanks I get the supervisor was XXXX id XXXX XXXX
