I have experienced ( unauthorized credit inquires, attempted fraudulent accounts, negative reporting errors, an ongoing risk of identity theft ). Despite my efforts to protect myself by initiating fraud alerts, placing credit freeze, and by disputing inaccurate information, I continue to suffer harm to my credit reputation and financial security. I have also requested debt validation letters from multiple companies. ( Portfolio Recovery, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX credit card that had a {$0.00} balance ). Reporting Act ( U.S.C. 1681 ) and the Fair Collection Practices Act ( 15 U.S.C. 1692 ). Which they have not provided any legal documentation proving that I own the debts or have been assign the rights to collect them 611 ( a ) ( 5 ). I also had some names and phone numbers, I had deleted from XXXX report. That did not match my information.
