I am filing this complaint against JPMorgan Chase Bank, related to my credit card account, for unfairly denying my chargeback requests for undelivered services from a company that has since gone bankrupt. The merchant in question is called XXXX an online-based company that abruptly ceased operations and stopped providing refunds as of XX/XX/year>. After this date, the company continued to charge customers without fulfilling services or honoring refunds. The merchant has ceased communications, appears to be bankrupt or shut down, and is no longer accessible. Furthermore, I am aware of multiple other Chase customers in identical situations with this same merchant who have received full refunds from Chase via chargeback yet I was denied.
