See this is the problem I have nothing. I withdraw from XXXX University with nothing more than a phone call. I received financial aid and paid off the balance in full for 1 semester. After XXXX out the account I got with my XXXX XXXX XXXX And told them that the program wasn't for me. They tried to talk me into staying. I refused and withdrew from the school with a balance of XXXX dollars. I then shut off my financial aid. After that I received another bill for a class which I never attended. Apparently they didn't withdraw me because I got charged for another full semester. The balance is not the problem. The problem is I shouldn't owe them anything. They charged me for an entire semester that I never attended. I have conveyed this information multiple times. My original XXXX who I withdrawed with is no longer there? So I have no proof that the conversation ever even took place. I think this school knows exactly what they're doing and since it's financial aid, they're just used to people not paying attention.
