I was trying to find out how come I owe more than the maximum amount on the card even though I didn't use the maximum amount of {$1000.00} now, they saying that I owe almost {$2000.00}. I paid on it. For over 2 years. But the amount never went down. Now it's twice the maximum amount that I owe.
