Consumer Narrative

The terms for the credit was 24 mos interest free. 4 months Before the 24 months they charged me {$1500.00} when I called them to ask them about it they said I needed to pay that amount and I requested a copy of the terms and they said they didn't have access to it. I told them that I refuse to pay the {$1500.00} interest fees because the 24 months weren't over yet. They started charging me late fees on top of the {$1500.00} interest and never sent me a copy of the terms.
