XX/XX/year>2025 I received a refund from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX that I had been waiting for since XX/XX/scrub> 2025. 3 days prior I had made the Citi Bank aware of that via a telephone call to them. When the money came throught at around XXXX on the XXXX. They arbitrarily freezed my account. No explanation. No allowance of the money. Nothing. The merchant credit posted was was {$330.00} Customer account balance as of XX/XX/year>2025 is XXXX Now without access to my account online or in person this not good. I am aware of these numbers do to email cutom alerts coming through to my email. BUT THEY WILL NOT SPEAK WITH ME ON PHONE OR IN PERSON GIVE ME MY MONEY AND I NEED HELP.
