I received a letter that JPMorgan Chase Bank , N.A . has turned over an account with my name on it to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. This letter does NOT include " right to dispute the debt '' notice. I have repeated asked for investigation into fraud through XXXX and Chase. Nothing has been provided to me on said investigations. I am currently locked out of my XXXX with Chase. XXXX asked for identity verification with my driver 's license and I provided this through a link ( which I now think was fraudulent ). I have received e-mail from XXXX referring to me by another name. I have received e-mails says the investigations are underway multiple times. I received an e-mail out of nowhere that my phone number was updated ( I have no idea who did this ). I received an e-mail from XXXX referring to me as, " XXXX. '' This is all fraudulent activity. Someone else seems to be controlling these accounts and have locked me out. They all say they will follow up with me after the multiple times I have asked for investigations, and they HAVE NOT. Fraud seems to be taking place here.
