In XX/XX/year>2025, my Social Security benefits in the amount of {$1000.00} were deposited to my XXXX XXXX card. I was able to withdraw part of the money, but approximately {$500.00} {$600.00} remained on the card. XXXX XXXX then froze the account, and I have not been able to access those funds since. I contacted XXXX XXXX multiple times and was told the issue was with Social Security and that I needed to verify my identity. I went to Social Security on XXXX separate occasions, and each time they confirmed my identity had already been verified and that the issue was not with them. They informed me that their only role is to send the deposit, and that XXXX XXXX is responsible for providing me access to my funds. I went back to XXXX XXXX and spoke with supervisors and managers. Each time I was told the funds would be released or that I would be sent a check. To this day, I have not received either.
