I have been a customer for 4 years and I have never been allowed to have overdraft with the account. I'm truly called the customer service main number for balance and transportations and I spoke with the approxmatly 8 different representatives for Chase bank which had heavy XXXX speaking XXXX accents. All of them refused to call the bank back office and stated that I made the charge for 2 companies for XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX 's XXXX on the XX/XX/year>. I definitely did not and I have repeatedly asked for the delivery of the social security administration check that I have contacted social security and it was dispersed to pay the XXXX people on XX/XX/year> for the income for XX/XX/year>. I politely explained that I never ever made any charges for renting a car in XXXX and I have not owed the car company and the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX 's XXXX which I have paid for the cremation of my mother in XXXX and then I have been charged again for the service in XX/XX/year>. I definitely paid for the one time payment in XX/XX/year> in the amount of {$350.00}. The bank is really refusing to understand that I have never ever had any overdraft on the secured account from the time open it. They have closed 2 cards and went over my head, male representative and I am a female. All of the Chase bank customer service representatives expected me to pay rent utilities phone clothing paper napkins toilet paper and soap with only the {$3.00} in the balance to carry through the entire next month. Which is crazy. Several times the refused to release the government money to my account for the designated use I need to survive.I definitely had only {$3.00} to use for the entire month of XX/XX/year> At this point and day on Sunday and Saturday the funds are not in my account and they are not going to put it in the account I have been told that by the claims department supervisor 1 time and 6 other company representatives on the phone. This is not acceptable because they are refusing to do the accounting book keeping accurately and holding and paying the 2 companies that are not entirely entitled to receiving any further money in the month of XXXX. I definitely explained that I have not left out the debit card and keep it locked at all times and I have it in my possession. No authorized users to use the checking account and debit card. And additionally I have not received any service from enterprise and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX 's office which was not a payment installation plan but a one time pay for my mom and I received a call from the office to pick up the remains of her that next day after I paid the one time payment. I rented the car in XXXX and XXXX. I took full coverage for the loaned rental. I definitely not regretted any vehicles after or around XXXX
