My names XXXX XXXX. I use XXXX XXXX XXXX for my XXXX and social security benefits, I had to order a new card due to my old one breaking. I received my card 5 days ago, Ive tried every day to activate my card. I tried every option in the paper that the card came with. I have contacted customer service which clearly says toll free 24/7 customer service. I have sat on hold for 2 hours or more .. no one ever answers it will ring until it either hangs me up, or I just so aggravated after hours sitting on hold without help. Ive looked every way possible to contact them other ways and no help. I did get ahold of the reorder cards person, whom said she couldnt access my account and help me with my problem. All I want and need is to activate my card. Please help! Thank you
