Consumer Narrative
XXXX XXXX XXXX Member, misappropriated funds, causing my utilities to be disconnected ( XX/XX/XXXX ), causing my car insurance to be discontinued ( XX/XX/XXXX ), and refused to escalate the issue, they hung up on me twice, i wasn't aware of the issues with my utilities until XXXX ( XXXX ) when my utility services were disconnected due to the error in posting my payments as i deposited them, now in order for my services to be reconnected i have to pay {$2700.00} i was under a pay agreement and if one payment was missed i would have to pay the full bill, the same with my auto insurance, {$230.00}, I need my services reconnected and my auto insurance continued as soon as possible. The CSR failed to process my payments in the order they were transacted, XX/XX/XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX I transferred {$360.00} from savings to pay energy bill {$260.00} XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX confirm. w/ number XXXX XXXXXXXX that payment was recv * A payment confirmation with a confirmation number serves as proof of payment for a transaction, this number is crucial for record-keeping, dispute resolution, and ensuring transparency in financial dealings. XXXX XXXX - {$100.00} until XX/XX/XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX, my account was debited XXXX at XXXX XX/XX/XXXX to XXXX XX/XX/XXXX for {$280.00}, deliberately disregarding the transaction for the {$260.00} payment at XXXX. It was processed at XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and that payment was returned as insufficient funds, and that process caused my utilities to be disconnected, instead they processed the transactions posted after my primary payment, then they would pay the primary payment by then there are insufficient funds to pay for the bill the money was deposited to pay, causing the non-payment to the accounts i deposited the money to pay, now i sit here with no utilities and driving with no insurance. To Date my utilities are still disconnected, because instead of paying the {$260.00} as per the pay agreement, now i have to pay {$2600.00} to have my services reconnected, the error in which they processed my payment has caused such a hardship you can not imagine, i lost all my food in my refrigerator, i am XXXX yrs old, with no air in 3 digit hot weather, can not cook, or do the things i was able to do with my services on, i did a lot or work on my PC, i still worked from time to time within the range of my social security, that stopped could not check on anything, i could plug up in my car through an outlet that i could insert in my lighter, but i could not cook in my car, and could not afford to eat at the fast food all the time so i just spend some days and nights hungry ; my account is still active, because i have direct deposit for my social security, i have had the same account for about 5 years or more, I spoke to the XXXX XXXX Debit Card, XXXX who is Netspend and she felt I had no dispute and told me to file my dispute on line i did with no change, i was in the process of filing a complaint with the Office of Comptroller of Currency, when i ran across your site and decided to send you a copy of what i was sending to them, because something has to be done, my Aceflare account people is treating this as just another day, and that is so unfair. My utilities has been disconnected since XX/XX/XXXX, due to the error in them processing my payment. I have all supporting documents, thank you for your time in this matter. i don't care if people know who i am, that is the least of my concerns
