XXXX XXXX was my mortgage company where I paid {$5700.00} a month, they sold my account to SPS servicing on XX/XX/XXXX. I continued paying the same amount {$5700.00} until XX/XX/XXXX. Then I found out XXXX XXXX SC thought it was an investment my house, after charging me {$21000.00} in XXXX. XXXX XXXX SC refunded me {$16000.00}. For this reason, SPS sent this {$16000.00} to XXXX XXXX by mistake, and now they can not agree to resolve this problem, and at this moment I have been waiting for 5 months for the total monthly payment amount ; every time I look at the SPS website, {$9000.00} appears for the monthly payment ...!!
